Short-circuit protection is a failure in the circuit. For example, the resistance of the wire is almost negligible without passing through the load. Therefore, the extremely large current generated instantaneously provides a power cut to prevent equipment damage and accidents.
Overload protection is an overload protection device that prevents the main power supply line from being overheated and damaged by overload. Overloading is a relatively broad term that can mean that the electrical equipment is overloaded, or that the object is subjected to excessive force. The protection of these behaviors beyond the “load” is collectively referred to as overload protection.
